Warren Stembridge is a senior national security executive with extensive experience delivering mission support and operational solutions to the Intelligence Community and broader government clients. As Senior Advisor and Client Executive for Intelligence within Amentum’s National Security Solutions business unit, he worked with teams providing integrated capabilities across facilities, security, operations, information technology, and HUMINT-enabling training in support of domestic and global missions.
Warren’s clients rely on him to align complex operational requirements with scalable, mission-ready solutions that enable continuity, security, and performance across highly sensitive environments. His leadership is instrumental in expanding long-term partnerships with the Intelligence Community, including growing contract portfolios to more than $1 billion in value over an eight-year period spanning his roles at Amentum and its predecessor, Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE).
Warren began his career as an officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he served for over three decades in positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as a Senior Officer with global scope. His experience includes managing the full lifecycle of mission support services, including security, supply chain operations, facilities, and training across the United States, Europe, and expeditionary and conflict environments. He concluded his government service as Deputy Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs and is a recipient of the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.
Warren remains actively engaged in the national security community through a range of leadership and advisory roles. He serves as a Board Director for the CIA Retirement Association, President of the SIGNA Society, and a member of the Industry and National Security Alliance. He also supports the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, contributing to efforts that provide assistance to families of fallen officers, and advises Intelligence Community stakeholders, private sector partners, and executive boards.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Warren completed executive education programs at the National Defense University, Harvard University, and Kellogg School of Management. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow with the Center for International Trade and Security at the University of Georgia, where he contributes to education, mentorship, and development of future national security professionals.
