Oris has held senior leadership roles in private industry and government supporting defense, aerospace, and national security priorities. He is a Purple Heart recipient and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, leading combat and operational missions and executing more than 400 air operations in complex environments. His military experience established the foundation for a career focused on mission execution, leadership under pressure, and synchronizing strategies to operational outcomes.

Oris advises senior executives, government stakeholders, and industry partners on growth strategy, market positioning, and business development within highly competitive defense and aerospace markets. His work focuses on aligning technical capabilities with customer requirements, shaping opportunities early in the acquisition lifecycle, and developing actionable strategies that translate into measurable growth. He has consistently supported organizations in building and executing large-scale pipelines, entering new markets, and securing strategic wins with U.S. and international customers.

In his roles with Honeywell, Boeing, and Mott Corporation, Oris led global business development and sales efforts across advanced munitions, aerospace systems, and emerging technologies. He directed multinational teams, managed complex capture campaigns, and worked across engineering, supply chain, and operations to position differentiated solutions aligned with Department of Defense priorities and international partner requirements.

Oris has extensive international experience, working with foreign ministries of defense, U.S. embassies, and multinational industry partners across Europe and other global markets. He has led foreign military sales and direct commercial sales efforts, supported international partnerships and industrial participation strategies, and operated effectively in multinational environments with fluency in Italian. His ability to navigate cultural, political, and operational dynamics has enabled successful engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

Throughout his career, Oris has focused on integrating market intelligence, customer insight, and disciplined capture processes to improve decision-making and execution. He has led efforts to modernize business development through analytics, digital tools, and structured pipeline management, enabling organizations to better anticipate customer needs and align internal resources to strategic priorities.
Earlier in his career, Oris held program and operational leadership roles supporting national security missions with Lockheed Martin and the Transportation Security Administration, managing complex programs, infrastructure initiatives, and mission-critical operations.

Oris holds an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University and a BA in English Literature from University of Alabama. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School. He speaks English natively, is fluent in Italian, and has working proficiency in Spanish.
