While at home in overseas contingency environments, his career encompasses significant contributions domestically for prestigious projects and organizations including NASA’s Space Shuttle Program, Lockheed Martin's Test and Acceptance Division for high-profile programs such as the YF-22, and Reactor Plant Operations for the U.S. Navy.

Larry's operational leadership extends to critical support roles for the U.S. State Department, as well as DoD roles on the ground in Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF). His extensive field experience includes three years in Iraq and eight years in Afghanistan where he supported General David Petraeus and Task Force SAFE. Larry provided in-country support to several other national security-related programs in support of the war on terror and international contingency operations. His proven leadership in these demanding environments underscores his ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations effectively.

Most recently, Larry led and managed a high-availability/zero-defect international program with many hundred staff across dozens of countries worth several hundred millions of dollars.
