Kouros Rajaie is a Management Consulting Intern with a focus on finance, global business, and technology application to enterprise growth and operational performance. He is a rising sophomore at the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business Honors program (academic top 3%), where he studies finance, international business, and information systems, reflecting his interest in global commerce, investing, and applied business technologies.

Kouros supports consulting and business development efforts with an emphasis on research, market analysis, and the practical application of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence for business operations and decision-making. He developed early experience in management consulting and venture-oriented problem solving through student organizations and competitive programs, where he contributes to structured analysis and strategic recommendations.

He also brings material professional experience from work at TechR2, a Columbus, Ohio-based digital asset assurance and data security company, where he supports both commercial and government-facing sales initiatives. In addition to his business development contributions, Kouros serves as a Systems Engineer-1, working directly with the company’s patented data destruction processes and contributing to their ongoing refinement of the same. This experience provides him with a practical understanding of the intersection between cybersecurity, operational execution, and client-facing solutions.

Kouros intends to pursue a career in management consulting, private equity, or venture capital, building on his early exposure to both fields and his interest in helping enterprises navigate growth, market positioning, and strategic decision-making. He is a highly-motivated rising professional and a valued member of the Crux Advisory team.
