Greg Zapp
Advisor
Crisis Management, Critical Infrastructure, Cyber-Protection, Zero-Trust Implementations, Strategic Consulting, and Stakeholder Engagement
With a career spanning intelligence analysis, operations, law enforcement investigations, advanced technology development and applications, and cyber-defense including Zero-Trust implementations, Greg’s notable expertise is only overshadowed by his reputation throughout the US Government for accomplishing no-fail missions where he served in two separate federal organizations with demonstrable national impacts.
Deeply embedded in decades of critical national security efforts across defense, intelligence, homeland security, and private sector enterprises, Greg’s range of roles from domestic and overseas fieldwork to serving as Chief-of-Staff for an international defense and aerospace company afford him strategic vision invaluable to private and public clients. Corporately, from delivering excellence within the large-scale enterprises of Boeing and Peraton to the speed and agility of disruptors like Kestrel, Avint, and ZeroFox, Greg operates as an impact player sought for both his strategic vision and operational expertise.
As a strategic advisor, his connectivity, perspective, and execution are second to none. Clients confer great trust in his judgment. As a manager of people, programs, and portfolios, Greg’s programmatic expertise covers the contractual spectrum from pursuit and capture through delivery and close-out. Honed from decades of serving withing law enforcement, intelligence, and defense as both client and provider, he is known throughout the communities as much for establishing and maintaining clients’ trust and confidence as he is for delivering innovative solutions to complex and dynamic challenges.
Being both a certified Capture Manager and Project Management Professional, he is as equally at home managing portfolios of programs as he is delivering excellence on single efforts requiring zero-defect deliveries. As a Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity, counterterrorism, and intelligence analysis, and his tenure managing CISA CDM cybersecurity implementations across DHS components and external cybersecurity across over a dozen Federal Civilian Agencies reflect the same.
Greg holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University in addition to his undergraduate in International Relations from American University.
