David Radi has over 40 years of business and government experience, ranging from corporate leadership to advising senior leaders in government.
Currently, he advises the leadership teams of a portfolio of national defense, analytic, and consulting companies helping them across their range of needs from market understanding to product design and client access.
Over the past 20 years, he led and grew two innovative analytics companies to acquisition, creating patented capabilities at both. From 2003 to 2008, he was the COO and later President of the analytics company Kestrel Enterprises, leading the proliferation of its analytic capability to over 30,000 users across government. Upon Kestrel’s acquisition by Boeing in late 2008, Dave remained through 2015, serving as the CEO of the Boeing-Kestrel business unit. Next, he helped build Noragh Analytics and its patented analytic technology as well as their 2022 acquisition by Ankura Consulting.
His private sector successes follow a distinguished 20-year career as a Naval Intelligence Officer with assignments on aircraft carriers and fleet command ships, service on the National Security Council Staff in the White House Situation Room for two Presidents, as the Aide-de-Camp to the Commander-in Chief of the Atlantic Fleet and to the Commander of the U.S. Second Fleet, command of the Chief of Naval Operations Intelligence Plot, duty in the intelligence directorate (J2) on the Joint Staff, and as the Deputy Executive Assistant to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations.
He is a distinguished 1983 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, earned a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and was a Federal Executive Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a trustee of the Naval Academy Alumni Association and also served for a decade on the Board of Directors of Elizabeth Seton High School in the Washington, DC suburb of Bladensburg, MD, with the last five as the Chair there.
He and his wife Kris have been married for 40 years and reside in Annapolis, MD. They have two grown children, a son who is a financial crimes expert, and a daughter who is a marketing executive.
