Charles is an award-winning Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director, bringing over 18 years of expertise in strategic graphic design, marketing, and communications. Specializing in the design and deployment of multi-tiered communication projects in print, web, multimedia, and new media projects, his portfolio includes commercial and large-scale print management as well as brand management for small and mid-sized companies. Currently, he serves as a creative advisor and director to multiple clients where he provides novel solutions to modern business challenges in the face of rapidly emerging media platforms and techniques.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wallace supported Federal agencies such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where his work was critical in the successful rebranding and creation of visual communication strategies for both agencies, their various institutes, and divisions.

Charles’s craft is pivotal in the implementation of strategic visual communications and branding strategies for both small and mid-sized companies. For these enterprises, he not only leads outward-facing creative production, but also supports effective design for operations manuals and guidelines, strategic reports, internal operational overviews, onboarding documents, and financial reporting.

With the myriad and transformational methods enterprises use to convey information visually, Charles implements 508 Compliance best-practices for the sight-impaired throughout all aspects of the design process, ensuring all information is effectively communicated.

In his free time, Charles coaches youth football, plays the guitar, and is an avid gardener and artist.
